Please see the Guestbook for Dave's reply to Mr. Wayne's disgraceful attempt at slander, in the Fall edition of SCAN.  Fellow OSCA members -- is that the proper forum for his baseless charges, personal vendettas, and political propaganda?! 

We'd ALL love to attend a meeting, and be part of the process as the BY-LAWS say we have the right. Apparently, Mr. Wayne feels he is above the by-laws, and that there is no need to provide the basics his post dictates.

I welcome this debate -- at the risk of sticking my neck out there -- simply because I know it will make our Association and our community stronger, and I'm FED UP with the One-man Show of Mr. Wayne.  His latest escapade, using OSCA funds, tops them all.
